2019 Toyota Corolla Tire Pressure Light Reset

The following guide will show you how to reset the tire pressure warning light on the 2019 Toyota Corolla.

The twelve generation Toyota Corolla is packed full of useful features including a tire pressure monitoring system (also known as a TPMS).

This system keeps track of the pressure of all four tires and lets you know when one or more have deflated to an unsafe level.

To fix the warning light and stop it from being illuminated you need to start with first inflating the tires back to the correct level.

Once you have fixed the problem the Corolla tire pressure warning light might still be lit up, to reset it you can do the following easy steps:

  1. Park your Toyota Corrola somewhere safe where you won’t be a hazard to other drivers.
  2. Turn the car on but don’t initiate the engine, this can be done by not pushing down on the brake pedal but pushing the POWER button on twice.
  3. Using the directional buttons on your steering wheel cycle sideways through the menu to select the GEAR option and press OK to open it.
  4. Now use the UP and DOWN buttons on that directional pad to find the VEHICLE SETTINGS option and press OK on this again.
  5. Find the TWPS option on your Corolla display and select this with OK.
  6. Now scroll to the SET PRESSURE option and hold down the OK button – the TPMS warning light will flash 3 times meaning you can now take your finger off the OK button.
  7. Turn your Corolla OFF completely and start the ignition, the TPMS light should now have disappeared.
